7 Weeks to Healthier
Living & Thinking
This program is designed
to educate you in better eating, living and thinking so that you will
be on your way to a healthier and happier life! Healing takes time, as
does changing your habits and thinking so don't expect to "arrive"
after 7 weeks. However, we do believe that you can make significant
life changes in this period of time that will get you on your way to
feeling better.
Who will
benefit for services at Synergy Mind & Body Wellness?
Anyone experiencing
digestive problems, chronic fatigue/adrenal fatigue, allergies,
constipation/IBS, hormonal challenges, low functioning thyroid, weight gain,
anxiety, anyone who is tired of being
sick and tired or those who feel great and want to stay that way!
Week 1: Initial Consultation: Wellness Evaluation, Meridian
Stress Assessment, Food Sensitivities, Nutrition Plan, Herbal/Nutritional
Supplement evaluation
*You will receive your own
copy of “Be Well: A Simple Guidebook to
Healthy Living” that will give you the basics of nutrition, as well as
recipes and food suggestions for local shopping and dining. 60-75 min
Week 3: First Follow Up: Re-test, Supplement evaluation, Discuss Detoxification Program,
Discuss possible need for further testing (Saliva, Hair Analysis, etc) 45-60
min
*Detoxification: This is a
very individualized program depending on specific needs. Samples of detoxification: Overall body
detox, colon detox, dieter’s cleansing, yeast detox, parasite detox.
Week 7: Second Follow Up: Meridian Stress spot check, Emotional Wellness (may
include EFT or Muscle Testing), Maintenance Program. 45-60 min
Re-check every 6 months for prevention and
maintenance or As Needed for symptom relief

~Mind~
Life Strategies Coaching~Typical challenges clients bring to a Life Coach: Anxiety/worry, Anger, Relationships, Health Issues, Lack of Motivation, Career Changes, Indecision, Setting Boundaries, Self-Care, Lack of Self Worth, Skill Building and Addictions.
Anxiety Disorders~Anxiety disorders can cause numerous problems from inability to function on the job or in social situations to physical ailments. The key is finding the reason why the body is experiencing anxiety so that it can be relieved. While psychological therapy and counseling are very helpful, incredible and lasting results can be achieved through brief techniques such as EFT and Hemispheric Integration.
EFT~Emotional Freedom Technique~EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary. The body's meridian points are stimulated by tapping them with your fingertips. EFT believes that "the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system". By learning the tapping process, many have found relief in various disturbances from physical pain to phobias.
Hemispheric Integration~When
we experience any event in our lives, we actually record in memory two
separate and unique pictorial representations - one in each brain
hemisphere. The left hemisphere is responsible for logical, linear
thinking and the right hemisphere is more concerned with spatial
relationships and personal safety. Hemispheric Integration provides the
tools to access and influence the deepest structure of our thinking by
aligning left brain factual perspectives with the right brain emotional
feelings. By balancing the two hemispheres and creating new
information for the brain, we can bring about immediate changes in our thoughts, actions and beliefs.
Adolescent Life Coaching~The years between childhood and adulthood can be the most challenging. Teenagers experience a wide range of emotions on a daily basis due to physical changes and the frustration of wanting to be treated like an adult but not quite ready to take on that level of responsibility. They can often be angry and feel misunderstood. Adolescent Life Coaching provides your teen with someone to help coach him or her through this challenging part of their life journey. Whether they are struggling with anxiety, anger, depression or general conflicts, coaching is an excellent way to provide them with tools to make a successful transition into adulthood.
